In response to an increased demand for the use of corrugated trays in a number of industries, inspirepac Runcorn has been specifically set up and equipped with manufacturing capabilities to produce machine erect blanks for a multitude of uses, serving markets such as the food, beverage and furniture industries.

To enable us to serve these highly specialised fast moving markets the site is equipped with three Boix state of the art, high quality tray gluing machines. Boix have over 40 years experience in providing machinery solutions to the food, beverage and furniture industries and have placed packaging machines in over 60 countries. This type of machinery provides us with the facilities to erect and glue over 4,500 trays per hour with a maximum blank size of 1200mm x 950mm and to produce trays in a range of materials, for instance Heavy Duty Double Wall for the Furniture industry or micro-flute-Solid board for the food/drinks market.
